I have 2 Raiffesien ATM cards and can cashout 40k rub without any problem. I also learned that all alfa-bank ATM cards allow $3000 by day, or eq. in rubles, so about 72.000 rub (If you have money onthe account of course)

So, YES I could get 40k rub in an ATM, and YES my "story" is true!!!!!
